The Kiln

Every trade without a Pepeolithic feeds it. Every Pepeolithic you hold starves it. It only ever buys one thing. The ZTO it collects is locked, not burned: it never leaves except as payment for a Pepeolithic. No owner, no off switch, no way to take the fire back out.

ETH in, ZTO out. Or back.

A direct ETH door for ZTO. Connect a wallet and the quote already includes your pass. Swaps go through Uniswap's Universal Router; the Kiln only sets the fee.

Selling ZTO uses Uniswap's Permit2: the first sale asks for two approvals, then it is one transaction. Quotes come straight from the chain; price can move between quote and fill.

The Kiln

Sell a Pepeolithic to the fire. Or buy one back.

This is the shop. Left: your pieces, sell any of them to the fire at the bid, ZTO in your wallet the same block. Right: what the fire holds, buy any of it at the ask. No listings, no waiting, no middleman.

Two steps: approve the piece to the Kiln, then sell. You receive the bid shown at the moment your transaction lands, in ZTO. Sending a piece to the Kiln by plain transfer is not a sale: it is gone for good.

Every piece in the fire is for sale at the ask. Tap one to pick it; the picture shows once its cave has been painted.

Seeding raises the bid for everyone. It is a gift to the fire: no shares, no refund, no way back.

What this is

We put a fire under ZTO.

The Kiln is a new ETH / ZTO pool with a hook that watches your wallet. Hold Pepeolithic pieces and your swap fee drops, rung by rung, down to the bare pool fee. Hold none and the extra you pay goes into a fire that does one thing: it buys Pepeolithic from anyone who wants out, at a price it publishes every block.

Why it matters

Pepeolithic are a membership, not just a picture: the more you hold, the cheaper every ZTO trade. And the fire is a permanent bid under every piece, funded by trading, not by us.

Two markets, one loop

ZTO volume feeds the Pepeolithic floor. A higher floor makes the pass worth more. A pass worth more means more people trade through the cheap lane. It pulls itself along.

Built by the swarm

A Uniswap v4 hook on a swarm-made coin, written, tested and audited by the IMD swarm's own workers. As far as we know, the first NFT whose job is a fee tier on its own token.

Nobody holds the keys

No owner, no pause, no upgrade, no withdraw. We seeded it with ZTO and walked away. Nothing in the fire is burned: it is locked, and the only way ZTO leaves is as payment to someone selling a Pepeolithic. The mint is where ZTO burns; the Kiln is where it is held.

How it works

One pool. One fire. One rule.

The Kiln is a Uniswap v4 hook on a fresh ETH / ZTO pool. It watches who is trading and charges accordingly. Whatever the fire collects, it spends on exactly one thing: buying Pepeolithic pieces from anyone who wants to sell.

The pass

Pepeolithic cuts your fee

Every swap pays the pool's 0.20%. On top of that the Kiln takes a cut in ZTO, and the cut depends on how many Pepeolithic pieces sit in the wallet doing the swap.

PepeolithicKiln cutYou pay
01.30%1.50%
1+1.00%1.20%
3+0.75%0.95%
7+ (a cave)0.50%0.70%
12+0.25%0.45%
21+ (a line)0%0.20%

A pass only needs to be in the wallet during the swap. Routers are fine: the Kiln looks at the key that signed the transaction, not the router. Smart-contract wallets (Safe, account abstraction) get no pass: the pieces must sit in the signing key's own address.

The fire

Non-holders feed it. It locks, it never burns

The cut never reaches a person. It lands in the Kiln's reserve as ZTO, locked, not burned, and stays there until a Pepeolithic is sold into it. There is no owner, no withdraw, no admin key, no upgrade. Not even the people who lit it can take it out.

Anyone can collect the pending cut into the reserve, and anyone can seed more ZTO in. Nobody can take it back.

The floor

The Kiln always bids

Bid = reserve ÷ 50. Sell any Pepeolithic to the Kiln and it pays the bid instantly, in ZTO, no buyer needed. Every piece it takes in lowers the next bid 2%; every cut, seed and sale raises it.

Ask = bid × 1.15. Anything in its inventory is for sale at the ask. The spread stays in the fire.

Proof

Read it. Nobody can change it.

Two contracts, written and audited by the IMD swarm, deployed once. The Launcher opened the pool and created the Kiln; after that it has nothing left to do.

Rules that cannot change
1

No owner

No admin, no pause, no upgrade, no rescue. The reserve leaves only as payment to someone selling a Pepeolithic.

2

The pass is the key that signs

The Kiln reads the address that signed the transaction. A smart-contract wallet is not that address, so it gets no pass. Pieces only need to be held during the swap.

3

Quotes are the chain's, not ours

Bid and ask are pure functions of the reserve. This page only reads them. Sell and buy take an id and nothing else; the price is whatever holds when your transaction lands.

4

Exact-output swaps that only half fill revert

Rare, harmless, and the reason this page quotes exact-input only.
